I’ve found the product I want but can’t select my size
Due to the extremely limited production run nature of C8OL merchandise, if we've SOLD OUT we only reprint if item request is in high demand but re-production is still limited. If the product is Limited Edition releases will not be restocked once sold out.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued customers.
All C8OL Web orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days*.
International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and can take up to 12 business days following order processing for delivery through the local post.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the USPS tracking information.
International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout.
